EXCHANGES

You can exchange any item within 30 calendar days from the day after you receive your order.

When your return is approved, you will receive Gift Card then you'll need to place a new order.
- If you will order the replacement in meantime, your original payment will be refunded immediately and you should expect to see the amount appear in your bank account in 2 - 5 business days.
RETURNS
- You can return the item to us within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order.
- All returns that are received outside of the returns policy dates (14 days) will be returned to the customers at their expense.
- For hygiene purposes, the products must be unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached and in their original packaging.
- The items have to be free from any odors, marks, or stains including spray tan, deodorant, perfumes and make-up.
- We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or order the incorrect size. However, we can provide you with an exchange for another item upon safe receipt of the goods to be exchanged.
- Sale Items cannot be returned except if the item is found to be defective.
- Unfortunately, all returns and exchanges will incur shipping which will need to be covered by the customer except in situations where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team upon return.
- All returns and exchanges are subjected to quality approval from our warehouse, which takes up to 5 business days from the arrival date. Our warehouse must confirm the item’s arrival.
- Our policy will not be honored if any returned goods have postage to be paid upon receipt.
- In the unlikely case that the item is faulty, we will be able to cover the return shipping costs. Just email a photo of the delivery note to our team for a refund at; hello@illusionshapewear.com
- The total shipping cost including free delivery will be deducted from the refund amount for non-defective returns.
- Any orders returned under our ‘’free delivery’’ offer will have a return postage fee of $12.00 deducted before the goods are dispatched.
